Nicolas Roosens is a digital transformation strategist with 17+ years of experience leveraging AI, AR, and IoT to reshape field service operations. He specializes in identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, safety, and customer experience, with a particular focus on high-risk industries. Playing a pioneering role in remote inspection programs, Nicolas combines deep technical expertise with strategic insight to bridge the gap between innovation and operational impact.
