Smart Service Webinar Series : IoT and Connectivity of Service Products & All-in Service

This webinar presents a service model to create all-in services. The model shows opportunities to move from product life cycle services to more profitable and customer-oriented services, such as asset efficiency services and process delegation services. 

To deliver customer process-oriented services, a lot of process information is needed. With IoT and machines connected to the Internet, there are many new opportunities to create different business models.
